Cela inclut les satellites actifs et inactifs, les d\u00e9bris, les ast\u00e9ro\u00efdes et la m\u00e9t\u00e9orologie spatiale. La SSA garantit la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s spatiales.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de suivre et de comprendre l&rsquo;environnement spatial s&rsquo;est consid\u00e9rablement accrue pour de nombreuses raisons.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong><span style=\"color: #c00000;\">prolif\u00e9ration des m\u00e9ga-constellations<\/span><\/strong> et<span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong> l&rsquo;explosion du nombre d&rsquo;objets en orbite<\/strong><\/span> :\n<ul>\n<li>~16 000 satellites lanc\u00e9s depuis Spoutnik (1957) [1], dont 13 000 sont actifs<\/li>\n<li>Avec 3 664 lancements pr\u00e9vus en 2025, soit une augmentation de 23 % par rapport \u00e0 2024 [2]<\/li>\n<li>Le d\u00e9veloppement de nanosatellites, plus faciles \u00e0 lancer et moins co\u00fbteux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cela a entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation exponentielle du nombre de<strong><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"> d\u00e9bris spatiaux<\/span><\/strong> [3] :\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9tages sup\u00e9rieurs, moteurs, satellites inactifs, fragments d&rsquo;explosion, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Les collisions qui se produisent entre 7 et 16 km\/s, soit 25 200 et 57 600 km\/h, cr\u00e9ent de nouveaux d\u00e9bris. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle le<span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong> syndrome de Kessler<\/strong><\/span>. Dans ce sc\u00e9nario, le nombre d&rsquo;objets en orbite autour de la Terre devient tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9. Lorsque les satellites entrent en collision, ils cr\u00e9ent davantage de d\u00e9bris. Entre autres choses, ces services garantissent que les satellites sont positionn\u00e9s en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et prot\u00e9g\u00e9s contre les dommages caus\u00e9s par des interf\u00e9rences physiques (collisions) ou \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (<a href=\"https:\/\/reuniwatt.com\/en\/industry-news\/get-ready-for-the-next-solar-storm\/\">temp\u00eates solaires<\/a>, brouillage, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 mondial de la SSA \u00e9tait \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 1,55 milliard de dollars en 2023 et devrait atteindre 1,69 milliard de dollars d&rsquo;ici la fin 2025 et environ 2,3 milliards de dollars d&rsquo;ici 2030, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un taux de croissance annuel compos\u00e9 (TCAC) moyen de 5 % entre 2025 et 2030[5].<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs facteurs de croissance du march\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre cit\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>La croissance exponentielle des lancements de satellites<\/strong><\/span>, stimul\u00e9e par les progr\u00e8s technologiques et la baisse des co\u00fbts de lancement. Cela entra\u00eene une augmentation des activit\u00e9s spatiales qui n\u00e9cessitent une surveillance.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>L&rsquo;impact de la r\u00e9glementation est significatif<\/strong><\/span>. La r\u00e9glementation joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la structuration du march\u00e9, car elle \u00e9tablit des lignes directrices et des normes essentielles pour les activit\u00e9s spatiales. Une r\u00e9glementation plus stricte peut stimuler la demande de solutions plus sophistiqu\u00e9es de connaissance de la situation afin de se conformer aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;exploitation, favorisant ainsi l&rsquo;innovation et la croissance dans ce secteur.[6]<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #c00000;\">Le d\u00e9veloppement du \u00ab New Space \u00bb<\/span> <\/strong>: les nanosatellites, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur taille r\u00e9duite, permettent de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de production et de lancement.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>Le d\u00e9ploiement de m\u00e9ga-constellations<\/strong><\/span>, telles que Starlink et ses 7 800 satellites en orbite basse en 2025[7].<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>Les imp\u00e9ratifs de d\u00e9fense<\/strong><\/span> : dans un monde en mutation et soumis \u00e0 des enjeux g\u00e9opolitiques, l&rsquo;espace devient un terrain de jeu civil et militaire essentiel \u00e0 l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance des \u00c9tats. Les syst\u00e8mes terrestres repr\u00e9sentent environ 70 % du total. Environ 30 % d&rsquo;entre eux utilisent des capteurs visibles ou optiques. Environ 10 % reposent sur des technologies laser, principalement la t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie laser par satellite.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>L&rsquo;un des d\u00e9fis de la SSA terrestre est donc la m\u00e9t\u00e9o<\/strong><\/span>. 70 % de la surface de la Terre est couverte de nuages.
