as well as three new publications from the ICamCloudOps project:
- Hour-scale cloud cover forecasting using WRF and an infrared all-sky imager
Thu, 08 Sep, 11:00–13:00 | b-IT poster area | P13
- Assimilation of atmospheric wind vectors retrieved via Optical flow algorithm and a thermal all-sky imager
Tue, 06 Sep, 14:00–14:15 | Room HS 2
- Data Assimilation of visible and infrared cloud observations from pictures
Tue, 06 Sep, 12:15–12:30 | Room HS 2
ICamCloudOps is a cooperation between DWD and Reuniwatt, funded by mFUND. The project aims at the development and evaluation of new so-called “forward operators” for numerical weather prediction.
